2026 Fall SWS Meeting 
Dates: September 25–27, 2026
Location: Palace Station Hotel, Las Vegas, Nevada

We’ll be joining other 99s for some exciting activities, tours, and seminars. The poolside welcome reception will feature talks from aviation book authors and a book mobile. I’ve included the registration site and hotel information below. The idea of sharing cross-section activities is that some may find the seminar topics interesting and maybe slightly more affordable than an international conference, giving us another chance to connect with other 99s.

Bring the family and plan to stay a few extra days to explore Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks! Fly into Driggs/Reed Memorial Airport (KDIJ), or take a commercial flight into either Idaho Falls Regional (KIDA) or Jackson Hole airport in Wyoming (KJAC), each a one-hour drive away.

The Fall Board of Directors hybrid meeting will be held in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on November 7-8. There will be a Finance Committee Meeting at 4:00 pm on Thursday, November 6.  The Council of Governors will meet on Thursday at 7 pm.
